I was extremely disappointed with the condition of our room. The shower barely worked, and the room was consistently freezing. I even found cockroaches in the suite, and the staff seemed indifferent to my complaints.

I absolutely loved how close this place is to the stunning Playa beach, just a short stroll away, and the array of local dining spots, especially the sushi bar just a 15-minute walk away, made my stay even more delightful. staying 4 nights in the Deluxe Junior Suite was a relaxing experience, though it would be great if they could improve the availability of toiletries at check-in.

The large resort had numerous amenities, making it suitable for family gatherings. The beach was a highlight, with a gentle breeze and easy access to sunbeds, while the crystal-clear waters allowed for enjoyable swimming. Unfortunately, the check-in process was cumbersome, and the food lacked seasoning in places, though the soup was particularly liked by the kids. Additionally, the wine prices were prohibitively high, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
